Is anything mailed to me?
No. Every product is a digital download. Nothing ships.
How do I get my files?
After checkout, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
What's in each download?
One ZIP file with a transparent PNG, a solid-background PNG and a full-color SVG, plus a README with the license. The PNGs are 4500 x 4500 px at 300 DPI, which prints cleanly up to 15 x 15 inches.
How do I open a ZIP file?
Download it on a computer, not a phone. On Windows, right-click the file and choose Extract All. On a Mac, double-click it. Then open the files inside.
Which file do I use?
- Transparent PNG: DTF transfers, sublimation, and print-then-cut.
- Solid-background PNG: previews and printing where you want the background color.
- SVG: resizing and print-then-cut in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Illustrator or Inkscape. Our SVGs are full color with many layers. They are not single-color vinyl cut files.
Can I sell what I make?
Yes, up to 1,000 finished items per design. Selling or sharing the files themselves is not allowed. See the License Agreement.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files aren't returnable, so all sales are final. If a file is damaged or won't open, contact us and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy.
Why is there a logo on the product photos?
The watermark protects the design from being copied. Your downloaded files have no watermark.
Do you do custom designs?
Sometimes. See Custom Work.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Some designs contain adult language and humor. You must be 18 or older to buy from this store.
