1. Overview
This website is operated by Barely Behaved Studio ("we," "us"), based in Kentucky, USA. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our License Agreement (/pages/license), our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Age requirement (18+)
This store is intended for adults. Some designs contain adult language, alcohol references and mature humor. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from this store. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Digital products
All products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. Files are delivered by download link after your payment is confirmed. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files and for making sure your devices and software can open them.

4. License
Buying a product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design as described in our License Agreement. Ownership of the design and all intellectual property rights stay with Barely Behaved Studio. You may not resell, share or redistribute the digital files.

5. Product information
We try to show designs accurately, but colors can look different on different screens, printers and materials. Watermarks on product images are not included in the downloaded files.

6. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or a pricing error, and we will refund you if we do.

7. Refunds
Digital downloads are final sale except as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or our designs for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, or to upload malicious code. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute our product images or files.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and files are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page.
