License Agreement

When you buy a design from Barely Behaved Studio, you are buying a license to use the files. You are not buying the design itself. Here is what that license lets you do.

You may

• Use the design on physical products you make for yourself or as gifts.
• Use the design on physical products you make and sell, up to 1,000 finished items per design. Examples: shirts, hoodies, mugs, tumblers, stickers, signs, ornaments, DTF transfers you press yourself, and laser-cut pieces.
• Resize the design and change its colors to fit your product.
• Show photos of your finished products in your shop listings and on social media.

You may not

• Sell, share, give away or upload the digital files themselves, in whole or in part, edited or not. That includes selling the design as an SVG, PNG, printable or digital download.
• Sell gang sheets or ready-to-press transfers of the design to other businesses.
• Use the design in a logo or trademark, or claim it as your own artwork.
• Use the design on print-on-demand sites where the platform holds and reprints the file for you (for example Redbubble, Teepublic, Zazzle or Amazon Merch) without written permission first.

Ownership

All designs are the property of Barely Behaved Studio. They are created using a mix of original design work and AI-assisted tools. Copying or reselling the files is a violation of this license.
