Refund policy

Digital downloads are final sale
Every product sold by Barely Behaved Studio is a digital file. Once a file has been delivered, it isn't returnable, so we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or buying a design you already own.

When we will make it right
We will replace the file, or refund your purchase, if:
- The file is damaged, corrupted or won't open after you've followed the instructions in our FAQ;
- The file is missing something the product listing said was included; or
- You were charged twice for the same order.

How to ask for help
Email john@barelybehavedstudio.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a short description of the problem, plus a screenshot if you can. We usually reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Before you buy
Please check that your software and machine support PNG and SVG files. Our SVGs are full-color, multi-layer files for print-then-cut and sublimation. They are not single-color vinyl cut files.
